1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1sjl ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all access and use of the 1sjl website, mobile application, and all services offered under the 1sjl brand at 1sjl.vu.

Accessing any part of the platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. 3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on 1sjl. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using another person's personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID, a valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.

Account verification (KYC) is required for full access to withdrawals. Verification is completed by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID through your account dashboard. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID. Verification is a one-time process per account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 1sjl are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no currency conversion fees applied between your payment method and your 1sjl balance. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, subject to any processing time required by your payment provider.

Accepted payment methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers via local Philippine banks, and local e-wallets including GCash and Maya through their standard fund transfer features. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on 1sjl.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction in your account dashboard.
• 1sjl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if required for security or compliance purposes.

Any funds deposited into your 1sjl account must be your own money from a legitimate source. Attempting to deposit funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is prohibited.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on 1sjl are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the details of any bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. 1sjl does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Odds are displayed and settled in the format shown at the time the bet is placed.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of markets. Once a market is suspended, no further bets can be placed on that selection.
• Where an obvious pricing error occurs, 1sjl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

Game history is accessible in your account for reference. Any technical fault during a game session that interrupts the round will be handled according to the platform's technical fault policy — affected stakes are reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

6 Promotions & Bonuses

From time to time, 1sjl may offer bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. When active, each promotion carries its own specific terms — including any applicable turnover requirements, time limits, and eligible game types. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1sjl and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture pending investigation, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or providing false registration details.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or interfere with the platform's systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy with the intent to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
